We had an excellent experience with the hotel staff at the reception area Mr. Fawzy. He was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. He made the check-in process smooth and even went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference in our stay. Highly appreciated his outstanding service!

We had an awesome place to stay amidst the very crazy and pricey period of CoP27. It was awesome to experience Egyptian hospitality when we had expected otherwise during that period. People complained about their places, we DID NOT. The buffet was excellent and beyond imagination - whether breakfast or dinner!
